Because ElementVapor is an affiliate storefront, we do not process orders, accept payments, or handle returns. Your purchase is made directly with the partner retailer, and their return policy governs your order.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return or request a refund, contact the retailer you purchased from directly. You can typically find return instructions on the retailer’s website or in your order confirmation email.

General Retailer Return Guidelines

While each retailer sets their own policies, most vape product retailers follow similar guidelines:

  • Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • E-liquids, coils, pods, and disposables are typically non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons
  • Defective hardware may be eligible for exchange or warranty replacement
  • Return shipping costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility
  • Clearance and sale items are often final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact the retailer as soon as possible — most require notification within 48 hours of delivery.
