Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to access ElementVapor and to purchase any products through our partner retailers. This applies to all visitors regardless of location.

Federal & State Law

Federal law prohibits the sale of tobacco and vape products to anyone under 21. ElementVapor is committed to compliance with the federal minimum age of 21, as well as any stricter state or local laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

How Verification Works

When you make a purchase through one of our partner retailers, age verification is handled by the retailer at the point of sale. Retailers use third-party age verification services that check your name, address, and date of birth against public records. You may be asked to provide additional documentation such as:

• A government-issued photo ID
• Date of birth confirmation
• Last four digits of your Social Security number

Additionally, all deliveries require an adult signature (21+) upon receipt, as mandated by the PACT Act.

Our Responsibility

While ElementVapor does not process transactions directly, we take our role seriously. We only partner with retailers who maintain robust age verification processes. We do not knowingly market to or solicit individuals under 21.
